Service cost categories are set up in WennSoft Service. These categories are used to track sales and cost amounts for these user-definable cost categories.

Creating Service Cost Categories
To set up the service cost categories:

From Settings, select Service Cost Categories.

The Service Cost Categories dashboard displays the following information:

Cost Category Name: The name that was entered for the cost category.

Created On: The date and time the cost category was created.

Select New.
-
Enter the Cost Category Name.

Select Save or Save & Close to save the new record.
Edit a Cost Category
To edit a cost category:

From Settings, select Service Cost Categories.

Select the cost category to open the record.

Update the cost category name.

Select Save or Save & Close to save the edited record.
Delete a Cost Category
To edit a cost category:

From Settings, select Service Cost Categories.

Select the cost category to open the record.
-
Select Delete.

In the confirmation pop-up window, select Delete.
