"User doesn't have permissions" Error Message When Syncing

Description: You are receiving a “User doesn’t have permissions” error message when syncing the device.

Fix:

  1. In MobileTech Admin, go to Tools > Launch Resco Cloud.

  2. Open the Admin Console.

  3. Under Resources in the left navigation, select Security Roles.

  4. Select the role of the technician (either MobileTech or Inspector).

  5. Click Configure minimum privileges to access Resco CRM application.
