You navigate through the pages of Customer Portal by using the tabs at the top of the page.

New Call
Create service calls. This icon is displayed only if you can create service calls.

Emergency
Open a page for emergency contact procedures and phone numbers. Customer Portal is used for general company-customer communication, but the contact information that's provided on this page allows for emergency contact at any time.

Login/Logout
Sign in to or out of the system. When you first access Customer Portal, you'll see the Login icon on the home page. You can use this icon to sign in. The Logout icon then is displayed, which you can use to sign out of the system and return to the home page.

The buttons that are available in your browser vary, depending on which browser you use. The Back, Forward, and Print buttons are helpful when you move through Customer Portal pages.
