Setting up Display Preferences

After you set up users and permissions, you need to determine what to display on the pages for a selected contact group.

You can start from scratch and select the data that you want to display, or you can load a predefined visual template as a starting point. You can change a template and save those changes as a new template. You can also copy an existing template, change it, and rename it.

The predefined visual template, called DefaultCustomerTemplate.xml, contains basic information about service calls.

If you have already set up information to display, loading a template overrides those initial settings.
