Sign into Customer Portal

After you sign in, you can access the pages and objects that you have permissions for in Customer Portal. If the system is idle for 20 minutes, your session expires and you'll need to sign in again. For help with sign-in issues, see Troubleshooting.

  1. Use the URL for Customer Portal to access the login page.
  2. Enter your user name and password. This is the email address and PIN number that were entered when you were set up as a contact in Service Management.
  3. In the Start In field, select the first page that you want to see when you sign in.
  4. Select Login.
