Obtaining IP information from BAS Network

  1. Plug the PC into the network drop for the MiniAgent. 

  2. Choose Check Network Status. 

  3. The Connect server port is auto-selected. 

  4. Choose Check Network Settings.

  5. Note the statuses of each of the ports and additionally port 57001. An icon displays to the right of each Connect port. 

  6. Verify the PC successfully obtained an IP address on the same subnet as the BAS. 

If any of the ports cannot be accessed, or if an IP address was not successfully obtained, contact the system administrator to open the required ports and to reserve a static IP address.
