Service Call Cost Audit Report

This report shows all the costs that have been associated with a service call. You can see the total amounts by cost category, or expand the category to view all the transactions associated with that cost.

To run the service call cost audit report:

1. In the Service Operations sitemap, select Service Calls.

2. Select the service call.

3. In the Service Call record, select the ellipses button.

4. Select Run Report.

5. Select Service Call Cost Audit.
