Statuses and Substatuses
Service Call Statuses/Substatuses
Unscheduled: The service call has been created, but an appointment has not been scheduled.
Scheduled: The service call has at least one appointment created.
In Progress: The technician has created a timestamp on the appointment (by timing into travel timing into the appointment).
Completed:
Ready to Review: The technician has completed the appointment. The service call can be reviewed.
Ready to Invoice: The person reviewing the service call must manually update the service call status to Completed | Ready to Invoice. Once this status has been set, when it is time to invoice, you can use the Workflow to create the invoice. See Invoicing.
Posted
Closed: The invoice has been posted, and the service call is closed.
Canceled: If the service call needs to be canceled, select the Canceled status. The service call is canceled, and the associated appointment statuses are also marked as Canceled if the appointment status is Scheduled. If the appointment is in progress, the service call cannot be canceled.
Appointment Statuses
Scheduled: The appointment has been scheduled.
Traveling: The technician has travel timed in.
In Progress: The technician is timed into the appointment.
On Break: The technician has paused their time in.
Completed: The technician has completed the appointment.
Canceled: When the service call status is set to Canceled, the appointment status is also marked as Canceled. When the technician syncs their device, the appointment is removed.
