Service Call Summary Report
This report is can be generated when a service appointment has been completed. This report displays the service call, appointment(s), labor, and inventory information. The resolution note is also shown for each appointment.
To run the service call summary report:
In the Service Operations sitemap, select Service Calls.
Select the service call.
In the Service Call record, select the ellipses button.
Select Run Report.
Select Service Call Summary.
