Inventory, Non-Inventory, and Service (Labor) products are created in Business Central as items. For information on creating items in Business Central, see Create item cards for goods or services - Business Central | Microsoft Learn.
In WennSoft Service, you will need to assign the product to Price Lists from the Price List window.
-
The first price list to which the product is assigned will display as the default price list in the product record.
-
If the product isn’t assigned to a price list, when the product is added to a service call, the service call price list is assigned to the product. The product will have a $0 price if the item isn’t assigned to the service call price list.
