Setting Up Technician Activity IDs
Activity IDs are non-service call related events such as vacation, meetings, or training.
- Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > Lookup Setup > Technicians > Activities.
- Enter the activity.
- Select Save.
