Select Customers and select a customer. In the Customer pane, use these additional tabs to view information:

Description
Info Displays the company’s information, including company name, address, telephone number, and primary contact.
Timeline View or add additional notes that are associated with the customer. You can add photos, videos, upload multiple attachments, or enter text. See Timeline: Notes & Attachments.
Contacts View, edit, or add contacts for the customer. See Contacts.
Locations View Location information for the customer. This option displays if you have appointments for the customer’s location.
Equipment View equipment details. Equipment records for a customer location are displayed only if a service call is assigned to the customer location. See Equipment.
Appointments View all appointments for the customer.
Select the appointment and then select:
More: View the appointment details on the Appointment form. See Appointments.
Locations for a customer can be viewed from the Customers list or from the Customer pane. Locations display if you have appointments for the location.
On the Customers list, if there are additional locations, you can select the arrow icon to expand the list to display the location names. Then select the location.
If you are viewing a customer from the Customer pane, select the Location tab to display the location. In the Location pane, use these additional tabs to view information:
