Working With Appointments
To work with appointments, select Appointments.
You can select a view from the drop-down field to limit the appointments that display. The default view is All Appointments.

The appointments list shows which appointments assigned to you.
A clock icon displays next to the appointment(s) you are timed into.
A truck icon displays if you have selected Begin Travel.
Overview
To automatically create a travel time entry, select an appointment, and then select Begin Travel. When you arrive at the customer site, select the appointment and then select End Travel. For more information, see Travel Time In and Out.
To work with an existing appointment, select an appointment and select More.
To enter labor, travel, expense, and inventory transactions, select an appointment, select More and then select Time Entries.
To time in or out of an appointment, select an appointment from the appointments list and select More. Select Time In or Time Out. For more information, see Time In and Out of Appointments.
To create or change an appointment for a service call, see Create or Change an Appointment.
To mark an appointment as complete, in the Appointment form, select the checkmark icon. For more information, see Complete a Service Appointment.
