View Service History for Equipment

You can request service history to view the most recent service calls for the equipment that you're working with. You can access this information from the Customer record or from the appointment.

  1. To view service history, access the equipment record from the customer record or the appointment:

    • Go to Customers, select the customer.

    • Select Appointments. Select the appointment, and select More

  2. Select the Equipment icon.

  3. Select the equipment record. 

  4. Select the History icon.

  5. The history list first shows service calls currently on your device. Select the Refresh icon to display a list of all completed or closed service calls for the current equipment record. (This requires an internet connection.)
    On the list view, the following information is shown:

    • Service Call ID

    • Call Type

    • Status

    • Problem Type

    • Account

    • Reported By

    • Description

    • Customer Instructions

  6. Select the service call to expand the information to include, if available:

    • Appointments: This section displays the appointment number, status, technician, start date/time, and duration.

    • Products: This section displays the product name, status, and quantity.

    • Notes/Attachments
