Edit an Appointment
You can change these appointment details:
Status: The appointment status will be automatically set when you select an action for the appointment (like Begin Travel, End Travel, Pause Travel, Time In, Time Out, Delete Time In). If the status is manually updated, the time entries will be created based on the status selected. For more information, see Status Change Options.
Start/End: Select the start date and time and the end date and time. The end time will automatically update if a duration value is selected.
Duration: This field is automatically updated based on the end time entered. You can manually select the duration value and the end time will automatically update.
On devices, service appointments can also be drag-and-dropped on the Calendar to a different time and/or day. From the main screen, select the Calendar icon.
