Time entries can be edited or deleted if the time entry status is Draft. After you have submitted a time entry, it can not be edited or deleted on your device. You will need to contact the back office to edit or delete a submitted time entry.
Edit a Time Entry
A time entry can be edited if the status is Draft.

To edit a time entry:

From the appointment level: From the home screen, select Appointments. Select the appointment, and click More. Select the Time Entries tab.

From the Time Entries window: From the home screen, select Time Entries.

Select the time entry, and click More.

Make the changes and click Save.
Delete a Time Entry

To edit a time entry:

From the appointment level: From the home screen, select Appointments. Select the appointment, and click More. Select the Time Entries tab.

From the Time Entries window: From the home screen, select Time Entries.

Select the time entry, and click Delete.

Click Yes.
