Introduction

MobileTech for WennSoft Service provides your field resources with the information they need to perform their job. MobileTech enables technicians who use Windows laptops, Android, and iOS mobile devices to view, capture, and share work-related information with WennSoft Service.

Technicians can receive appointments created in WennSoft Service, along with appointment details such as estimated hours, description, location, and service call history. Technicians can then update appointments with expense and resolution details.

The information in this guide is intended for administrators and others in your organization who install and set up MobileTech.
