Equipment
The Equipment form can be accessed from the Customer, Location, and Appointment forms. When you access the Equipment form from the Customer or Location, you can see all the equipment currently assigned to service calls. When you access the Equipment form from the appointment, you can view the assigned or unassigned equipment on the call by changing the view filter.
From the Customer form: Select Customers. Select the customer and select the Equipment tab.
From the Customer Location form: Select Customers. Select the customer and select the Locations tab. Select a location and select the Equipment tab.
From the Appointment form: Select Appointments. Select the appointment, select More, and then select the Equipment tab.
To work with an existing record that is assigned to a location or service call, select the equipment record, and then use these tabs to view more information.

To create an equipment record for a location where you are performing a service call, select the New icon. This icon might not be displayed if you don't have a service call at the selected location. For more information, see Create or Change an Equipment Record.
To assign or replace equipment on the service call, select the equipment record and then select Assign To Service Call. See Assign Equipment to a Service Call. Note that you can only assign or reassign equipment by accessing the Equipment form from the appointment.
