Setting up Architects
If you use American Institute of Architects (AIA) billing, you must set up the architects used on jobs.
- Choose Cards > Job Cost > Architect.
- Enter an Architect ID and the architect's full Name.
- Enter address information.
- Choose Save.
You can assign architects to jobs in the Job Maintenance window. See Job maintenance.
