Setting up Architects

If you use American Institute of Architects (AIA) billing, you must set up the architects used on jobs.

  1. Choose Cards > Job Cost > Architect.

  2. Enter an Architect ID and the architect's full Name.

  3. Enter address information.

  4. Choose Save.

You can assign architects to jobs in the Job Maintenance window. See Job maintenance.
