Working with Profitability Analysis Reports
Creating Profitability Analysis Report Options
You can create profitability analysis reports. You create report options before printing reports.
- Select Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
- Select Profitability Report, Transaction Report, or Balancing Report from the drop-down list.
- Select New to create a new report option.
- Enter the report option in the Option field.
- Select how to group and sort the report.
- Select a range and enter to and from information.
- You can mark the following checkboxes to include these in the report:
- Combine Sub Accounts
- With Detail, Only Required Groups
- Show Balanced Trx
- Select Destination to designate where to print the report.
- Select Insert.
- Select Save to save the report option.
Printing the Profitability Analysis Reports
If you have created report options, you can print them from the Profitability Analysis Reports window. You can print three profitability analysis reports.
- Select Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
- Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Select the report option and select Insert >>.
- Select Print.
