Configuring an Agent for Trending

Once the network scans return devices on the BAS network, use the following steps to configure profiles and choose the objects to trend. The MiniAgent can trend any number of objects at up to 1-minute intervals from any number of devices on the BAS network. The speed of the BAS network is the limiting factor to how many points can be trended and at what time interval.

1. In Connect, choose the Configuration Explorer icon.

2. Choose the Agent and then choose Scan. 

3. Choose Scan Network.

4. Enter or choose the Scan Device Range, choose any applicable options, and then choose OK. 

5. Check the boxes next to the devices that have objects that will be trended and choose Save and Close.
