Obtaining Your API Key

  1. In Connect, choose the menu icon in the top right corner.

  2. Choose Edit Users/Roles.

  3. In the Edit Users/Roles window, on the Roles tab, choose the Administrator role. 
    The API key is linked to a role so that access can be restricted from the ESMS or integration layer.

  4. Choose Edit. 

  5. Highlight and copy the API Key. (CTRL+C)

  6. In ESMS, paste the key in the Integration Key field.
