If a service request is from a new customer or an existing customer with a new location, you can add this information in the Service Request details window. The information entered here will update Signature as well as add the customer and/or location (site) to ESMS.

Choose the service request.

In the detail window that displays, choose the Add Customer
icon.

Enter the customer information.

You are returned to the service request detail information with the Signature Customer Name displayed.

To add a new location, choose the Add Location
icon.

Enter the location information.

Choose to ACCEPT the service request.
