Updated the Timeline view
For the selected day(s), technical resources are listed vertically, while the hours defined for the business day are listed horizontally. Depending on your Global Options Time Scale settings, you may be able to view up to 5 days by choosing the appropriate number in the Days to show drop-down in the far right corner of the schedule. 

  • 15 Minutes - Limited to 1 day.

  • 30 Minutes - Can display 1-3 days.

  • 60 Minutes - Can display 1-5 days.

New Feature

ServiceChannel Integration


By integrating with ESMS and Signature Service Management, dispatcher resources can create service calls from ServiceChannel requests from the new Service Requests tab accessed from the Customer Hub. New communication events have been added to Signature Agent so that if a service request has been updated or canceled, dispatchers are notified by email.
