You can easily view the service call from the schedule board.

Right-click the appointment and then choose Open Service Call.

The following fields can be edited:DivisionDescriptionService Call StatusEquipment - If the service call already has equipment assigned in Service Management, the field in Schedule is display-only. Only equipment that is active for the customer and location can be selected.Caller Name/Email/Phone
