The condition of each piece of equipment can be recorded on the Details tab in the Equipment Manager window. You can set up a list of possible conditions.

Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Equipment > Equipment > Conditions.

Enter a Condition and a Description.

Select Save.
