Task-Based Vehicle Readings

Vehicle reading responses can also be created as a task, with multiple responses created for one task, and the task can be assigned to a service call. For example, you can create a task code for FLO Tire Inspection and then have responses such as tire brand, tire type, tread depth, and brake pad width set up. Vehicle reading responses will be automatically committed.

You can create a new service call from Rental Agreement Line Entry by choosing the New Service Call icon. The created call references the rental agreement number and the line number. The service call ID will automatically populate as will the On/Off Rental flags and dates.
