Use the Attachment List Page

This page displays a list of attachments.

To add an attachment, follow these steps:

1. Choose File to locate and select an attachment. By default, file sizes can't exceed 4 megabytes (MB). Your system administrator can change this setting.

2. Optional: Enter a description for the attachment.

   The following characters cannot be used the description field:

   • Double dash (--)

   • Asterisk followed by a slash (*/ )

   • Slash followed by an asterisk (/*)

   • Semi-colon (;)

   
   

3. Choose Add. The attachment appears in the list of attachments for the selected job.
