Use the Change Order Pages

The Change Order List page displays a list of change orders.

View Change Order Details and Update the Change Order Status

To view the change order details, choose the lookup icon for a change order. You then can update the status and other information and choose Update to save the changes.

Create a Change Order

  1. On the Change Order List or Change Order Detail page, choose Create.

  2. On the New Job Change Order page, complete the fields as needed.

  3. Choose Create.

Add a Cost Code to a Change Order

  1. On the Change Order List page, choose the lookup icon for a change order number.

  2. Choose Change Order Detail > Change Order Cost Code List.

  3. On the Change Order Cost Code List page, choose Create.

  4. On the New Job Change Order Cost Code page, complete the fields as needed.

  5. Choose Create.
