You can access your Schedule user profile by choosing the drop-down next to your name displayed in the top right corner. You also have the ability to change your password in this window.
The user profile window displays the following information:

On the User Details tab:Your nameDisplays your name associated with your user profile.ERP User AccountThis is the user name for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.Default CompanyDisplays the default company, if one has been assigned by the Schedule administrator.RoleDisplays your user role.Time Zone DescriptionDisplays the time zone you are in. The Time Zone Description displays if Time Zone Views is enabled in Signature.Affiliate/Region/BranchDisplays the affiliate, region, and branch that you are assigned to. The Affiliate/Region/Branch information displays when Global Filtering is turned on in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

On the User Settings tab:Schedule Visible HoursEnter the start and end times to display on the schedule. If this is not set up at the user level, the company-level setting is used. See Setting Up Schedule Configuration.
