Create Security Groups

You can set up as many security groups as you want. Before you start, you might want to make a note of which data objects will belong to which groups, and how you want to assign permissions to those groups.

  1. In Signature Portal Security, in the tree view, select Security > Data.
  2. Enter a name for the group and press the TAB key on your keyboard.
  3. When you're prompted to create the group, select Yes.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more groups, as necessary.
