You can set up as many security groups as you want. Before you start, you might want to make a note of which data objects will belong to which groups, and how you want to assign permissions to those groups.

In Signature Portal Security, in the tree view, select Security > Data.

Enter a name for the group and press the TAB key on your keyboard.

When you're prompted to create the group, select Yes.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more groups, as necessary.
