Updating Signature Agent
Document any additional CDC Configuration triggers that have been enabled as these may get disabled after the re-running the Create Objects process on the CDC Configuration tab.
- When launching Signature Agent, if an update is available, a pop-up message displays asking if you'd like to update.
- Choose Yes to download and install. You can also choose Check for Updates to run the update procedure at a later time.
- Choose the CDC Configuration tab.
- Choose the company database and then choose Create Objects.
- Choose Yes to create the objects for selected database.
- Validate that the previously-enabled triggers are still enabled.
Modify the Event Trigger Action Properties
Choose the Home tab.
- Navigate to the company's Event Triggers.
Modify the Event Trigger Action Properties for the email action adding the new location properties (Location_ADDRESS1, Location_CITY, Location_STATE, Location_ZIP).
- Double-click on the Appointment-{appointment-event-name} event trigger.
- Choose the Actions tab.
- Choose the Email action and then choose Edit.
- Right-click in the Subject and/or Email Body fields to select the new location properties to add.
Choose Save.
