Updating Signature Agent

Document any additional CDC Configuration triggers that have been enabled as these may get disabled after the re-running the Create Objects process on the CDC Configuration tab.

  1. When launching Signature Agent, if an update is available, a pop-up message displays asking if you'd like to update. 
  2. Choose Yes to download and install. You can also choose Check for Updates to run the update procedure at a later time.
  3. Choose the CDC Configuration tab.
  4. Choose the company database and then choose Create Objects.
  5. Choose Yes to create the objects for selected database.
  6. Validate that the previously-enabled triggers are still enabled.

Modify the Event Trigger Action Properties

  1. Choose the Home tab.

  2. Navigate to the company's Event Triggers.
  3. Modify the Event Trigger Action Properties for the email action adding the new location properties (Location_ADDRESS1, Location_CITY, Location_STATE, Location_ZIP).

  4. Double-click on the Appointment-{appointment-event-name} event trigger.
  5. Choose the Actions tab.
  6. Choose the Email action and then choose Edit.
  7. Right-click in the Subject and/or Email Body fields to select the new location properties to add.
  8. Choose Save.
