Determining Price Levels

To provide you with more options for utilizing price levels on rental bookings and agreements, a default price level field has been added to the following windows. When searching for a rental price level to use on a rental line, attempting to find a price defined within the Price Group, the system will look for the price level in the following order for either a model only booking/agreement or for a customer booking/agreement.

For a model only booking/agreement

• Model Maintenance

• Rental Agreement/Booking Type Setup

• Rental Setup

For a customer booking/agreement
