SCHED-1257

Schedule now supports running the Signature Registration service over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When installing or updating, mark the Use HTTPS for Signature Registration web service if the Signature Registration web service is installed on a secure website (https:// instead of http://). This allows the registration web service to be consumed over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

When creating a service request through BOB integration with Schedule, user will see the service call ID and the equipment ID in the description of created service call in Building Optimization Broker.

After accepting a service request generated from BOB, users cannot make any changes to the request in BOB.

We've fixed an issue where users may have experienced a ServiceLibrary error message when saving an appointment after editing the service call.

When a service request originating from Building Optimization Broker is accepted in Schedule, the service request can no longer be edited in BOB.

The Appointment Wizard has been updated to create all appointments as expected when Time Zones are enabled in Signature and the client and server are in different time zones.
