ESMS 1.1.0

Released August 6, 2018

Version 1.1.0 adds delete functionality for all ESMS entities in Home and Admin. We've also added UI enhancements as a result of the delete functionality.

Admin delete functionality

Roles

Deleting a Role is accomplished from the context menu next to a Role name on the Roles page.  Please note that you will not be able to remove a Role if there are Users assigned to that Role. You must first re-assign or remove those Users from the Company.

Integrations

Deleting an integration is accomplished from the context menu on the individual integration management screens. Removing an integration will also remove all links to ESMS entities for this integration and is not reversible.  It is recommended to exercise caution before removing an integration.

Company

Deleting a Company is accomplished from the context menu on the Company page. Deleting a Company will delete all ESMS entities: Roles, Integrations, Clients, Sites and Equipment.  It will not delete Users associated with the Company but it will revoke access for those Users.

Home delete functionality

Client

Deleting a Client can be accomplished from a context menu on the Clients page. Deleting a Client will unlink any child Sites associated with that Client. If a Signature integration is installed and linked to a Client that is deleted, any Signature information linked to its child Sites and Equipment will also be deleted.

Site

Deleting a Site can be accomplished from a context menu on the Sites page.  You can access the same context menu from the Client Sites page as well.  Deleting a Site will also delete any child Equipment associated with that Site.

Equipment

Deleting Equipment is accomplished from a context menu on the Site Equipment page.

Sites table improvements

The Sites page has been updated to include the Client name for each Site.  This addition will improve visibility of your Client-Site relationships. If a Site's Client has been deleted, the Client field will be blank.

Client and Site Signature selection display enhancement

The Signature Customer dropdown selection on the Client modals and the Signature Location dropdown selection on the Site modals have been updated to match selections in other WennSoft products.  The Client dropdown now displays Customer Id - Customer Name; the Site dropdown now displays Location Id - Location Name.
