Geocode was Not Successful for <Service Call>
If you receive an error message on the Map and Route Resources window that displays "Geocode was not successful for: <service call ID>", this means that the latitude and/or longitude information is not entered for the associated appointment address for the service call. You will need to run the Geocoding Fetch Coordinates process to update your locations with valid latitude/longitude. This process only updates those records where the values are zero, existing latitude and longitude information will not be overwritten.
