Before you can delete a Profile, all Devices assigned to the Profile must be re-assigned to a different Profile OR you must delete all Devices assigned to this Profile.
Only Custom Profiles can be deleted.

Select the App Drawer.

Select IoT Hub.

Select the Profiles icon from the left navigation.

To the right of the listed Profile, select the ellipsis icon.

Select Delete.

A confirmation window displays that requires you to type DELETE in the text field provided.

Select Delete.

Select Done.
