Recover a Lost Password

  1. At the bottom of the login page, select I've lost my password.
  2. On the next page, enter your sign-in email address and select Submit.
  3. A new, temporary password will be sent to the email address that's provided.
  4. Use this temporary password to sign in to the Customer Portal. 
  5. From there, you can set up a new password. For more information, see Change a Password.
