Viewing the Rental Booking Inquiry Window

The Rental Booking Inquiry window looks identical to the Rental Booking Entry windows, but the fields are view only and cannot be changed. You can view current and historical bookings on this window. You can also create a rental booking from the inquiry window. The equipment displayed will be filtered by the user's branch, if branch filtering has been enabled. For more information on branch filtering, see User branch filtering.

1. Select Inquiry > Equipment > Rental Booking Inquiry.
2. Use the browse buttons to select a booking to view. You can select any window and sub-window, just as you would when you are creating booking entries. You can also zoom on the appropriate fields, such as Invoicing Frequency ID, to view those windows.
3. When you are finished, select OK to close the windows.
