This report allows you to view profitability information for your service calls. You can view the quoted cost, cost, billed, profit, and markup percentage amounts for each service call, as well as subtotals and report totals. The detailed version of this report also displays actual costs and billing amounts for each cost code. This report can be grouped twice, by branch, division, call type, problem type, salesperson, primary technician, customer, bill to customer, or quote type. The subtotals that display are for the groups that you select. This report can also be filtered by the above criteria. You can choose to show or hide details and service calls with zero amounts.
