You can set up a relationship of employees to their union code and/or federal classification in the Employee Maintenance Codes window.

Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Job Cost > Payroll Setup > Employee Codes.

Enter an Employee ID. The Name defaults.

Enter a Rate Class. See Setting up Rate Classes for Union Payroll.

Enter a Union Code.

Enter a Federal Classification.

Select Save.

To print the Employee Maintenance report, select File > Print or select the printer button.
