On the Service Requests dashboard, In the left panel, you can view a list of Service Requests grouped by creation date.

Accessing Service Requests
To access the Service Requests dashboard:

From the mega navigation, select Services or from the App Drawer, select Service Requests.

In the left navigation, select the Management icon.
