Creating a New Customer
You can create a new customer in the Customer Hub. This information is added to Service Management.
- In the Customer Hub window, right-click on anywhere in the customer list.
- Select Create New Customer.
In the New Customer/Location window, enter the customer details, required fields are indicated with an * asterisk.
- Customer ID
- Name *
- Location ID *
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Contact Person
- Phone 1
- Phone 2
Customer Class
Selecting the Customer Class will auto-populate the Primary Technician, Labor Group, Price Matrix, and/or Division as defined in Signature for the Service Class associated with the Customer Class.- Primary Technician
- Labor Group *
- Price Matrix *
- Division *
- Affiliate *
- Region *
- Branch *
- Select Save.
