Several windows in Equipment Management have user-defined fields. Before labeling these fields, we recommend you determine what data your business needs to capture.

Labeling User-Defined Fields for Rental Agreements and Rental Invoices

Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Sales > Sales Order Processing.

Select the User-Defined button.

In the Sales User-Defined Fields Setup window, enter a label for each of the following fields. If the user-defined fields are not defined in this window, then the generic label is used (List 1, Date 2, Text Field 3).
