We want to inform you about a recent issue affecting some users of the MobileTech solution. The Resco Mobile CRM app version released on October 6, 2025, introduced a change to event-based synchronization behavior, removing the Sync Login prompt.
While this change was intended to streamline the user experience, it has caused the app to initiate synchronization automatically in certain situations—such as completing an appointment—when users might prefer to postpone syncing. This can cause the app to become temporarily unresponsive during synchronization, especially when devices are out of cellular range.
Resolution in Progress
We have been working closely with Resco and are pleased to confirm that they plan to roll back the app to a prior version to restore expected sync functionality. The rollback version is anticipated to be available in app stores on Monday, October 27, 2025. In parallel, WennSoft and Resco are developing a permanent fix to deliver the streamlined experience without performance issues.
What You Should Do Now
If your devices are still running a pre-October version of the Resco Mobile CRM app, please do not update until the rollback version is available.
If you have already updated and are experiencing sync issues, the rollback version will be available for download on Monday.
