Viewing Service Call Tasks

You can view the tasks that are associated with a service call by choosing the Service Call Tasks  tasks.png icon in the Service Appointment and Service Call windows. If a task includes subtasks, you can view these by selecting the drop-down icon to the left of the task code.

  • Task Code

  • Description

  • Estimate Hours

  • Skill Level

  • Equipment ID

  • Sublocation

  • Task Status

  • Completion Date
