Use the Service Call Pages

The Call page lists the service calls for the customer location. You can display maintenance contract calls in addition to service calls by marking Include Maintenance. You can also filter the information on this page by using the Show list to view all calls, open calls, or historical calls. The fields on the Call pages are a subset of the fields on the Service Management Series Dispatch Board.

View Call Details

  1. On the Calls page, select the lookup icon for a service call ID.
  2. On the Call Details page, view detailed information, such as appointments and tasks, for the selected service call.
  3. To view detailed information about the appointments or tasks for the service call, select Call > Appointment or Task.
  4. On the Appointments or Tasks page, use the other options in the Call menu to view additional information. Depending on the permissions that are set up for you, you can view service call, appointment, task, and cost details for the selected service call. You also can view any timestamps, attachments, and notes that are associated with the service call.
