New Feature - Filtering Departments and Divisions

We’ve added filtering options in the User Profile window. See User Profile for more information. These new filtering options are only available with Schedule 2024 (or higher) installed.

  • Default Departments Filtering: Managers and Approvers can now filter the employees displayed in the drop-down lists by department.

  • Default Job Division Filters: Employees can select one or more divisions to filter the available jobs displayed when creating job activities.

  • Default Service Division Filters: Employees can select one or more divisions to filter the available service calls displayed when creating service activities.

When the time entry list is refreshed using the Refresh button, the page displays as expected in the browser and mobile app.

Time rejection emails are now being received as expected.
