Use the Local DTC Properties window to set up the properties for Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) on these computers:

The server where SQL Server is running for MobileTech.

The computer where MobileTech Server is installed.
This helps make sure that transactions between the host computer and client devices are successfully completed and synced.

From the Start menu, choose Administrative Tools > Component Services. The Component Services window is displayed.

Double-click the Computers folder, double-click My Computer, and then double-click Distributed Transaction Coordinator.

Right-click Local DTC and choose Properties. The Local DTC Properties window is displayed.

Choose the Security tab.

Under Security Settings, mark:Network DTC AccessAllow Remote ClientsAllow Remote Administration

Under Transaction Manager Communication, mark:Allow InboundAllow OutboundNo Authentication Required

The DTC logon account is displayed in the Account field. Accept the default account location, or choose Browse to select a different location. For more information about the options in this window, choose the Learn more about setting these properties link at the bottom of the window.

Choose OK.

In the Component Services window, in the left pane, choose Services.

In the Services list, double-click Distributed Transaction Coordinator. The Distributed Transaction Coordinator Properties (Local Computer) window is displayed.

On the General tab, verify that the Startup type field is set to Automatic or Automatic (Delayed Start).

Choose OK.
