Displaying Service Call & Appointment Form Fields

In the Service Call & Appointment Form Fields section, you can select the fields to hide/display when you open the service call, service appointment, job appointment, and/or resource appointment. Each service call or appointment has required fields that cannot be unchecked. All non-user-defined fields default to marked so that they display on the appropriate form.

  1. In Schedule, select the menu 
     
    icon and then select General Settings.
  2. In Company Options under Service Call & Appointment Form Fields, select to hide/display fields from the following tabs:

  3. Select Save at the bottom of each tabbed window.
